Founder & mentor Shenin Lebrun is a mentor, entrepreneur, speaker, TV/film producer and a mother. Her career started at Nike 18-years-ago, right after university. It was a dream come true! Working for a successful global company meant she could learn from the best in marketing, storytelling and sales. As an introvert, she learned that shameless self-promotion is a crucial career skill. She made lateral moves, even when she was more than ready for a promotion. Over the years she learned to believe in herself and started to trust her vision. As a woman of color, she climbed the corporate ladder from a rookie assistant to an EMEA Director and she established herself as a leader in the corporate world. Now her mission is to create an equal playing field for female professionals
