Whitening: use 1x-2x daily for 7-14 days. Make sure hands are clean and dry then peel open the sachet and remove mask. Lick teeth then align top edge of mask with gum line (avoid placing directly on gums). Gently press the strip to adhere it to teeth. Fold excess behind teeth. Sit back and relax as the mask dissolve (only takes a few seconds). Avoid eating or drinking for at least 15 minutes. If any residue is left behind after 15 minutes, you can brush it off or continue eating and drinking normally. Toothpaste: recommended to brush twice a day for two minutes Tip: use the Pineapple Orange Mint in the AM for some pep in your step, and the Lavender Vanilla Mint to wind down at bedtime.
