Fitness should be accessible to all! Bianca’s offerings are all based on what the customer has access to wherever they are. Whether you have a home gym, a set of dumbbells, or prefer to train using just your body weight, Bianca has you covered.
In this session, Bianca will coach you around creating your own circuits and programming that work best for you. This session will be more goal oriented, whether your focus is rebuilding core strength after pregnancy, increasing hip mobility, alleviating back pain, or mastering an olympic skill.
